StarCase Australia offers a return to base warranty1 claim system, warranty periods are calculated from the purchase date on our website2.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period depends on the type of product you have purchased, they are as follows;
- Genuine and OEM Parts -- 12 months
- Standard Grade Parts -- 6 months
- Cases and Small Accessories (excluding screen protectors3) -- 3 months
- Chargers, Cables and Headphones -- 3 months
1 Items sent in for warranty must be in good clean condition, with no physical damage, in order for the claim to be successful.
2 All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, either the order number reference or a printout of the original invioce.
3 Screen protectors are classed as consumable items, of which no warranty is provided.
Products sent in for warranty, that were not purchased from StarCase Australia, will be rejected and a $10 processing fee will apply.
